Yes! The Summit provides complimentary charcoal grills on the east and west sides of the property, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Grilling isn't permitted on balconies, patios, or walkways.

The Summit offers on-site parking, and every vehicle must display a valid resort parking pass. Guest passes are issued through Guest Services at check-in. Yes! The Summit requires guests ages 5 and older to wear resort wristbands while on the property. You'll receive instructions about registration, wristbands, and parking passes before your stay.
For stays shorter than 30 days, The Summit does not permit outside visitors. Only the registered guests included in your reservation may use the condo and resort amenities. If you're planning a group trip, make sure everyone is included in your approved reservation arrangements.
